I enjoy working with children and being able to help them grow into well rounded adults. I am very patient and understanding. I realize that each child is special and all children are capable of learning. Each child learns in their own way and teaching not only takes patience, but it also takes creativity. If given the time and creative expression children will find and achieve success. Seeing a child's face light up because they achieve success makes all the time and effort worth it. I enjoy a very interactive learning approach. I tend to use hands on and visual learning techniques. I am patient and children are my joy to work with. It does not matter how long it takes one to learn, everyone is capable. I desire to set up a fun and disciplined learning environment for the students best success.
During the attainment of my undergraduate degree, I conducted research under my professor, Dr. Greg Powell. Throughout the research, I gathered many skills one being creative in learning, as well as, presenting new material and teaching it to fellow peers and professors.
