Wal-Mart Produce Manager Front-line hourly supervisor, majority of the work evolved customer service, planning administration work for upcoming events, keeping in stock merchandise, delegating daily operation tasks, managing associate performances, accurate in stock, meeting sales forecast, meeting a certain profit margin, working with outside suppliers, and controlling expenses within the department.
There are many arrays of learning styles. I personally use visually, writing, and seeing the bigger picture. First, the mind can develop a concept or help map out the ideas by seeing the picture to the learning task. Second writing helps to reinforce the concept or idea. Lastly seeing the bigger picture helps to encompass their own ideas as well as the originator ideas.

Throughout my college years, I was involved in coaching high school aged students in baseball as well as younger kids in a baseball camp. During my last year of college, I helped with a after school tutoring program that included students up to the sixth grade. All subjects were covered and tutoring was done in one-on-one as well as small group settings. My bachelor's degree is from a self designed major I had developed to best fit the needs I saw beneficial for teaching in a non-traditional classroom environment. A Little Bit About Me...

For some children, some subjects are hard to understand. Children can get frustrated just by not being able to understand the subject matter. My approach is to alleviate that frustration by going through the steps slowly and demonstrating these steps several times. In addition, I allow students to go through the steps on their own with my assistance so that I can catch any mistakes that they make. I am patient, and I find creative ways for children to learn. For example, I might relate a math concept to some aspect in everyday life. I utilize tools that I learned in school that helped me learn things easier.

I am currently a graduate student at the University of Missouri. I am working on dual masters in economics and statistics and just finished year one of two. I have been a teaching assistant for macroeconomics the past 3 semesters and was head teaching assistant last semester. In the fall I will begin teaching my own sections of business statistics.
