I am a strong believer in mastering a topic as opposed to spitting out the correct response. I also believe in finding one’s main learning style and teaching to it, not that of the masses. The classroom environment seeks to teach the most people the most knowledge in a single shot. Tutoring should seek to teach an individual to their greatest potential. After graduating from high school as valedictorian, I earned a Zoology BS and a Studio Art BA from SUNY Oswego, successfully completing English composition, speech, visual arts, biology, zoology, chemistry, Spanish, and calculus II courses, and graduated with a 3.76 GPA. Prior, I had taken and earned over a 90% in algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and AP calculus.
