A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching and tutoring various groups of people! Attending the University of Michigan offered me many opportunities to tutor and teach people of all age groups. I have worked as a Teacher's Assistant in a preschool, a teacher for undergraduate students at U of M in a service learning class, and a teacher of a creative writing class for a group of adult males and females. My tutor experience includes working at a local after school tutoring program working one on one with students to focus on their individual needs. Over the past several years, I have tutored students in middle school, high school, and college in Spanish, Math, and English.

One place I belong is teaching and working with children. Anyone that knows me and that has worked with me would probably say that. I don't teach right now due to a desire to develop a real estate career so that I can end up in the classroom. Having said that, I really enjoy teaching. I am patient as all students are different in their processings, experiences and personalities. I am energetic and funny as I find that is a great way to connect with children. I have worked with all types of people, from severe attention deficit, to behavioral disorders, to utmost dislikes for specific subjects, to unresponsive.
