MBA Grad looking for side job

During high school and junior college I worked as an office assistant for a trucking company. Upon completion of my two year degree I worked briefly for an accountant before furthering my education at Mississippi College. While at Mississippi College, I had an internship at another trucking company that lasted almost two years. I completed my MBA online and maintained a 3.9 GPA while working at a temporary position. My comments on tutoring Elementary Phonics : To develop a level of independent and automatic phonetic ability, I focus my instruction primary on phonics instructions that help beginning and struggling readers understand how letters are linked to sounds (phonemes) to form letter-sound correspondences and spelling patterns and to help them learn how to apply this knowledge in their reading. I am experienced in the Common Core State Standards in English Language Arts(ELA) for 3-8th Grade. I have provided basic reading sill, reading fluency, vocabulary and phonic instruction for struggling readers in grades 3rd-8th.

I have taught in the public school system for thirty-four years. I have taught Special Education students. I have taught on the elementary, middle and high school levels. I have taught the Mississippi State Curriculum and is presently teaching the Common Core State Standards for Math and English Language Arts.

A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is to merge technology, current events, and thought provoking question into one. I related the given subject to the student as best as I can. This makes the subject personal and it makes the information easy to retain.
During my education at Alcorn, I have helped a myriad of my colleagues with papers, historical facts, and a general/detail understanding of a given historical topic. I would routinely do this three to four times a week. This opportunity helped to expand my knowledge and expound the students.
