My Teaching Style is to build a relationship with the student and their family. That is based on trust, confidence and a great deal of praise. Everyones performance is driven by the encouragement that they get on a daily basis. So a very important part of my teaching style is to include the whole family. As well as to encourage them to praise my student daily. Also they must provide activities that challenge their mind and build there confidence. This allows everyone to be a part of their success. For example: If they are working on reading skills. They must allow the child to read to them nightly.

I have also attended many Language Arts training sessions through my school district and county education offices. I also ran Language Arts and ESL Intervention programs at my school.
