I have three children who my wife and I have homeschooled over the past ten years. I have an associates degree of applied science and criminal justice and a bs in interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis area on criminology, sociology and business. Not only being a teacher, tutor and mentor to my children I have also taught Sunday school for grades first through fifth. I help mentor teenagers from the church during the summers. I teach through discovery (trial/error), tactile (hands-on), play, & also providing a positive approach/praise to learning. I believe all children can meet their potential if they are given the appropriate surroundings & learning experiences.
