From my previous tutoring experience, an effective way to teach children is the most important thing. Explaining reasons and dealing with essential are more effective than remembering. This approach will motivate children to explore the unknown world and their potential. During the last few years, I strived to explain reasons briefly and hit essential directly to all of my students. As a result, they were able to gain an understanding in the subject faster than before.
I was majoring in International Economics and Trading in the college and completed my MBA program this year. Helping children with math applications are considered very important in our environment here in the United States of America. Many people do not have the same passion for helping students understand the reasoning for mathematics. I have learned how to assist in the math process (in any environment - Middle School, Jr. High or High School Students.) The one thing I learned from the Certification process and 7 years of being in the classroom, you do have to have the enjoyment of working with all kinds of children with their gifts and talents.
