Engineering is one of my top subjects! I am graduating with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering in May, and my top subjects in the field include Statics, Dynamics, Controls, and Mechanics of Solids.

I am a firm believer in the effectiveness of the Socratic method. Rather than tell the student how to solve a certain problem, I prefer to ask guiding questions to encourage them to think critically about the problem and reach the solution on their own. This leads to the student being more familiar with the thought process involved in solving the problem, and leads to them being more comfortable solving the problem independently later down the road.
