You can preach all you want to children, but if you don't teach, there will be no learning. I believe that children will learn from someone they trust to talk to and from someone who they trust to give them the correct answers to their questions. I enjoy being that person. A Little Bit About Me...

While working on my associates degree I tutored pre-calculus and statistics. I also worked briefly with catholic charities tutoring all subjects for high school students in need. I then completed my bachelors degree while tutoring part time at SUNY Oswego and independently with a high school student in Math and AP physics. I am currently working with that same H.S. student and now I am also working with a third grade student as well (also in math).
I enjoy sharing knowledge with anyone who can benefit from my experience. I love mathematics, statistics and physics and I attempt to pass that enthusiasm to my students. I have taught drawing and design for the past 10 years at Syracuse University and Onondaga Community College. I have taught after school programs with the Metropolitan School for the Arts. I have also worked with children 5- 10 years of age and have taught 3-D , figure drawing and painting.

All children and adolescents can successfully acquire and process new information. Many students encounter difficulty learning in a traditional school setting because the large class sizes do not afford the teacher the time to learn about each individual and attend to his or her specific needs.
