For instance, I received a “D” in math in the second grade. I am extremely flexible with my teaching style. I do not believe in the "one size fits all" approach that seems to be popular in text books and structured lesson plans. I believe it is important for a teacher to be able to shift gears mid lesson or adapt to each student as the need arises.
