As a classroom teacher I quickly learned to engage each student individually. I prefer tutoring because I can tailor my instruction to a specific student. I enjoy sharing knowledge of science with people of all ages. Many people find science to be intimidating, but I believe that once a person gets past the vocabulary barrier, the concepts of science are less overwhelming.
