During this time spent at Webster University I was hired by the Student Literacy Corps, a non-profit organization funded by the university for the purpose of educating students in the St. Louis Public School District in English and writing. I also find that this helps them have a better understanding of the subject area and since many people do not like English class very much, my approach helps them have a new respect for the subject. Co-lead two Bible studies groups for one year; one of which was composed of students from a primarily Caucasian student fellowship as well as students from an all-Asian fellowship.
During my junior and senior year in college, I TA’ed a finance class called options pricing for two semesters. Options pricing was a difficult subject.
