I truly enjoy developing rapport and then using it to instill trust and respect both me and for self as a learner. My own personality is easy and fun and I convey this to my students. I am a perceptive personality with masterful people skills andI can quickly see the impediments to success and then devise activity and discussion that undoes these factors.
