My comments on tutoring Microsoft Excel : I am very comfortable with the material.

I have been a tutor at UCA for about 2 years. I tutor mainly in math but I have experience with other subjects. I am a computer science major. I know how to use computer languages like Python, C++, HTML, and Assembly Language. I know how to use most of the Microsoft Office programs which include Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Word. I have a little experience with Access but I am not a pro in it.

During two years of my tutoring experience, I realized that students do better in their classes, when they are excited and interested in the subjects and believe in their own ability to excel. My passion for the business subjects made my tutoring fun, and my students visibly improved their studying habits and their grades. I also used a "watch me" technique to motivate student’s learning.
