We were expected to help any students who were falling behind in a subject. The experience was so rewarding that after graduation, I took a position working with troubled students convicted of sexual assault, teaching them math and science for six months. It is helpful to have good teaching materials and resources available. I like to have the opportunity to prepare lessons and have the ability to write lesson plans and prepare lessons.
