A Little Bit About Me...

I have never tutored before, however, I have taught Sunday School for two years, I am currently volunteering at two Museums where I am engaged in educational activities, and I have experience in home schooling my 5th grader. I have just recently graduated from college and will begin my graduate studies this August. I have received a GPA of 3.89 and I am an excellent writer, editor, researcher, and test preper. The students do the work but you are the one who reaches their inner core to pull out their ability to achieve. For each student you must find what motivates them and press those buttons. We do homework and tests together, and I move from a coaching role to an observational one, only coaching occasionally as necessary. We work not only on the subject matter, but techniques which improve comprehension, retention, organization and motivation.
