I received a BA in History from the University of Arkansas in 1991. My cumulative GPA at the U of A was 3.96. I was in the Honors Program and graduated Summa cum Laude. I also received several other academic awards from the History Department and the University. I have worked in the Commercial Construction industry for the past seventeen years. For the past five years I have been deeply involved in employee training. I have designed curriculums and provided training in safety as well as general construction knowledge such as Blue-print Reading, Scheduling, Basic Carpentry, etc.

I also have trained over a thousands soldiers in the miltary preparing them for basic training and AIT. I am very good at teaching and training students/soldiers.
