As a graduate and substituting, I am driven to become a proud member of the Masters program in Education. I am confident that any student can learn the material; however, I know that sometimes different amounts of work are required, as well as different teaching methods. I try all methods until I find one that works. My job is to teach the student, and I do not stop until they understand the material.
