I prefer a one on one teaching program and encourage questions from my students to try to follow their needs rather than an arbitrary program of lectures. I encourage my lecture students to read the material before to make the lecture more understandable and allow them to use questioning to enlarge their understanding.
I tutored fellow students in medical school in chemistry as well as several junior AF enlisteds that were seeking to go to medical school.
