I attended several schools to achieve my undergraduate degrees, both of which I worked hard to excel at the University level. Attending graduate school at Binghamton University truly prepared me for academia, requiring many research papers and essays as well as honing my knowledge in psychology, the arts, human development, english, and biology. I have tutored, un-officially, all during my college years, forming study groups to better help my peers, as well as having volunteer positions tutoring in math and english.
I love to teach and see the ideas light up the eyes of the person who suddenly got a concept. I think teaching should be adaptable and should fit the learning style of the student. As I stated above, I am really comfortable working one-on-one with students. I feel that we can get to know each other, I can learn the way the student best learns, and where his problems lie. I feel the student can develop trust and confidence both in me and himself in this type of situation which may help to carry over into a regular classroom. It is important to learn how the student best comprehends, and proceed from there.

I worked with the children for a year, then i married and moved to Watertown N.Y and became so involved that i began working with special needs children. I did that for sometime till i had surgery.
