My comments on tutoring Math : Good at geometry

I have had helped my classmates friends with math and I am really good at geometry and algebra. I tutored people Chinese here at Trine Campus. I like to help people and not give up until we are satisfied.
I am a fluent Chinese Mandarin and I am a native speaker of Chinese. I also finished my studies of Bachelor Science of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting (Double majors) in three and a half years at Trine University, with an end of 3.53 GPA. During my collegiate years, I learned that experience was just as important as obtaining my degree. Therefore, I worked during my college years in a school offering mentoring for young children. Teaching is very subjective. Each individual learns according to his/her own style. What I find challenging and rewarding is to find that point where it “clicks”. I believe the best way to learn is through experience and discovery. As an example, I can describe the intelligence of an octopus. But until you actually see a video of one opening a jar for a treat, do you truly realize it as a thinking, planning being.
