I look for students to build their own answers through logical and intuitive reasoning based on my feedback. If the student truly struggles, I basically breakdown the subject matter into blocks and demonstrate it in a logical fashion. Most of the time, I believe the student needs to learn how to learn. The subject matter is rarely the issue, just the least it mechanisms.
I am fluent in both French and English. I hold a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from Union University 2002 and an MBA from Palm Beach Atlantic University 2012. I have coached and tutored students athletes and regular students in high school and college. I work through building a system of excellence in learning that fits the individual.

While working on bachelors degrees in Music Education and French, I taught music sectionals, private lessons, and classes on primarily on trombone, euphonium, and tuba, among other instruments, co-taught a French class for young elementary students, and worked at a variety of summer camps, including a music camp in which I taught basic music theory to high school students. Prior to that, as a high school student myself, I occasionally tutored Math and English and taught lessons. At Hope College I received a liberal arts education. So even though I have a degree in music theatre, I am also well-educated in other fields. For instance I wasn't required to take Calculus in college, however, I took this challenging course and I passed the class with an A. I have also worked at the Kalamazoo Civic Theatre as a teacher’s assistant and camp assistant the past three summers. These camps work with kids from ages 9-13. Along with looking out for the safety of the children, I participated in activities and helped come up with material. I have also worked as a director, producer, and a choreographer.
