I enjoy asking guiding questions to point a student in the right direction, and filling in the blanks afterward. I believe the ultimate role of a teacher is to help the student better themselves, and that the best way to do this is through instruction with positive reinforcement instead of direct criticisms, and through finding the right way to motivate the student as an individual.
