In high school, I was the typical overachiever. I played varsity baseball, led many school organizations, and was at the top of my class. School, especially math subjects, came easy to me, but that is not the case with everyone. Therefore, I wanted to find a way to help students in these areas. During sophomore year, I was approached by high school administration to tutor students, on a one-on-one basis after school, on math subjects. I homeschooled my own children and began an ACCREDITED highschool for home schoolers. I taught and tutored all subjects. I have also worked with several learning disabled children. I can teach/tutor pretty much any subject ages K-college. I have also worked in the Writing Lab at Clayton State College. I feeel very qualified for this job.

I would love to say that I have only one teaching style but I cannot tell you that. What I can say is that my teaching style will adapt to the student. When you have a student that catches on fast you are able to test their ability to understand what was taught in numerous ways.
