Whenever I can, I like to be very hands-on in my teaching my students. For example, once I was teaching my class about trees. I had them go outside and collect samples of bark which had fallen on the ground. Then we created a gigantic mural in my classroom and glued the pieces of bark to a tree we had drawn.
I have been a self-employed Tutor since April, 2006. Special needs and home schooled students are welcomed. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is predicated on the belief that children truly want to learn. I like to introduce the goal or goals for today. Ask a few questions regarding ysterdays assignment and see if the class will bridg the two by itself. I believe that a class os students wiling to learn need only slight direction each day.
