I have been teaching children with special needs for about 15 years I am also an ABA therapist/ Shadow. Presently I am teaching primary grades with ESE students with Autism, LD, ADHD and Behaviors. I also teach Art to students in grades K--12th. Drawing, painting, Holiday crafts, wire sculpting. I provide simple and creative lessons for the students. I enjoy teaching. I find teaching methods that will be creative so my students are encouraged to learn. All my students learn at a different level. I provide alot of hands on teaching, which helps to motivate students. Each student has a unique way of learning, they are provided, with visuals, manipulatives, verbal prompts in order to learn the lesson being taught. Each student is on a different level, which means I need to provide individual learning techniques for each student while providing special accomodations for them.

I like to create a meeting day before the tutoring begins. That meeting day consist of me seeing where the student I am tutoring is at. After seeing the subject that student is struggling with, I create weekly packets for the days I do tutor the student. That packet will be practice for the student to do infant of me as an "exam".
