I believe that everyone learns in a different way so I approach teaching with a very adaptable style that adjusts to the person or people I am teaching. In many of my positions, I have been selected to conduct training within the organization on business specific tools plus sales skills For the last 5+ years I have mentored a young man through Big Brothers / Big Sisters.
