There are many teaching styles and I fell that everyone learns differently. I like to find out how someone learns so that I can alter and adjust my teaching style so that everyone can learn quickly and retain an interest in the subject.
When I was small I fell in love with American Sign Language, scene then I have been studying and going to school to learn more about this amazing language and culture. I believe a solid foundation is the key th success.

I began working with pre-k age group as a lead teacher for the four year olds room. After leaving that placement I started working with high school aged students as a substitute. Working with these young adults reinforced my belief that if a student does not have the basic skills learned early in their education, it is very difficult to go back and relearn them. I have worked with all age groups over the last seven years. I enjoy the elementary age level the most because I believe that a solid foundation is the key to successful learning.
