My goal is to meet your child's needs and help them succeed

I am a flexible tutor and am able to switch up my teaching styles based on the strengths, preferences, interests and needs (what I like to call their SPINs). I try to meet each individual student's needs using a variety of teaching strategies and techniques based on their learning style(s).
I have been tutoring individually for over 8 years for multiple families and children. I have been in child care as a nanny for the past 3 years. Before becoming a nanny I worked as a preschool teacher for about 2 years. My knowledge gained through my experiences in teaching and child care have given me useful tools to help meet the needs of my students and help them to be successful in school and in life.

I have experience as a Learning Support Teacher and Emotional Support teacher in the School District of Philadelphia. I am currently a multiple disability teacher for grades 3-5. I work with children who are medically fragile, intellectually disabled and have severe orthopedic impairments. I absolutely love what I do and I live to teach.
