A Little Bit About Me...

I recently graduated from NSU with a BS in Chemistry as well as minors in Biology and Math. I have very good writing skills not only because of writing lab reports but I worked for the university in the community relations office. I helped write many letters and plans detailing events we had. I have tutored fellow college students in math and science for the past 4 years.
What makes me a great teacher is that I have patience and the understanding to work with anyone. I explain things in a way that whomever I am tutoring can relate to and benefit from the most. I know the value of a tutor in a young person’s life. As a child I struggled in math, but working with a tutor I overcame my difficulties in this area and eventually went on to complete calculus level two and even become the math club president in high school. I have earned two degrees, a Masters in Business and a BS in Finance which have allowed me to gain extensive skills in math, statistical analysis, finance and writing.
