My comments on tutoring Language Arts : Enjoy Language Arts and writing; Am able to teach the basics for good sentence structure; modify lessons to meet the learner where they are (Taught Language Arts in Special Ed at the high school level and many years at the elementary level)

Experience teacher of 28 years, teaching Special Education through Resource, Collaboration and Inclusion. I have collaborated at the Elementary Level for 18 of those years. My strengths are in the area of modifications, adaptations and differentiating instruction to meet the learner where s/he is currently. Learning Styles are taken into consideration for each learner in order to get the best success. High expectations, however, are stated for EACH learner in the classroom.
