In this position, I provide my students with a creative approach to learning, breaking down complicated concepts into simple, easy to learn lessons that students can understand. I modify lessons, maintaining interest among all levels of students; while incorporating behavior management. Students' needs must be addressed on an individual and varying basis. What works today, might not work tomorrow. One of my successes is sparking the interest and imaginations of students.
