In Maine (spring 2008) I worked as a substitute teacher for Cumberland County School District. I have also worked as a mentor (Big Brothers/Big Sisters 2004). I am a scholarly person. At Bowdoin College, I was Russian Club President, won the school's Russian Department Prize in 2009, and maintained a 3.8 GPA within the Russian department.I found my experience working as a substitute teacher incredibly rewarding.
