Including phonetics of word composition from lessons from ESL workbooks,and my education, allowed instruction on vowel and consonant blends. I drafted a guide containing examples and sentence structure. A list of vowels/consonant blends with samples indicates pronounciation. Studying Acronyms proved beneficial. After college I became a pension analyst and have studied for several actuarial exams. In my current position one of my responsibilities is to educate new hires or colleges on systems and processes.
