Don't be confused with Chinese characters; they will come themselves as fast as you improve your language level. I lived in China 6 years and finished University there. This country opened a new world to me along with understanding of completely different mentality and life approach. China is an amazing country with solid traditional basis and to learn the language you have to forget about everything you knew before and dive to a different world. I can teach you spoken and written Chinese, Economic Chinese, Medical Chinese, and can provide you beginner course, intermediate or advanced. I am an experienced, certified teacher of Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, with teaching experience from elementary school through adult learners. I hold a Ph.D in Foreign Language Education and am a national-level demonstrator teacher for Mandarin Chinese pedagogy. I have a background in Linguistics and pedagogy as well as extensive personal experience learning languages (eleven at last count), so I have several different ways to explain any issue or difficulty that a student might be experiencing.
