How do I summarize teaching in my life? I guess the best way to explain my teaching experience is to tell you a story. As a young girl I wanted to be a teacher. My career in education includes a wide range of experience. I began as a substitute teacher covering for classroom teachers ranging from preschool to the 12th grade. My innate teaching abilities became evident and I was highly sought after. Returning to college to earn my teaching certification, I gained experience in special education teaching summer school.
