A Little Bit About Me...

As a recent graduate, I feel that I can easily relate to a variety of ages. Receiving two degrees, a B.A. in Music and a B.A. in Anthropology has allowed me to be sensitive to any cultural background and/or differences. Graduating at the top of my class and receiving the Academic Achievement Award in the Music Department exemplifies my ability to succeed and pass this motivation on to others. A Little Bit About Me...

I love to work with children of any age. I have been volunteering for over 15 years helping wherever and whenever I can to help make the lives of children more enriched. I have two boys of my own (age 10 and 14) and have been successful in helping them achieve the best they can. I have been teaching kids as a substitute for many years and went back to school in my middle 30's to become a teacher. Unfortunately the availability of teaching positions in my area has prevented me from full time employment but I've kept myself busy subbing and working with young adults and those with disabilities further their educational needs.
