My comments on tutoring Science : I feel increasingly confident in tutoring any of the basic sciences ate middle school, high school, or the college level.

I graduated from Berry College in May of 2021. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Science with Honors. My major was Animal Science with a minor in chemistry. I have worked on several research projects that are in the process of publication or being prepared for publication. I never made anything below an A on my physics and chemistry classes. My specialty is in animal science, chemistry, and physics. However, I can teach lower to middle level mathematics. I am currently enrolled as a first year veterinary student at the University of Florida.
I am a very personable teacher and I like to modify my teaching approach to each student. I also employ a variety of disciplines to help facilitate a better understanding of the subject being learned.

I am a young physician (U. of Cincinnati College of Medicine, class of 2011) with 7 years of MCAT teaching experience for a well-known test prep company. I have mentored and taught the MCAT to hundreds of pre-medical students who have went on to matriculate into medical school. Through my tenure of teaching this test, I have gained the expertise needed to help you master this predictable standardized test. Some of the things I will help you with are: develop a realistic and efficient study plan, help you with MCAT specific test strategies, and guide you through any of the science content that you need help understanding. I am familiar with all of the listed topics found within the 10 Foundational Concepts defined by the AAMC (the organization that writes the MCAT). Participative Agree with your learning skills
Projects formulation. Management of projects. Rural Extension My aspiration is to contribute my knowledge, experience and skills (including my lab skills) to the implementation of projects and to the creation of new opportunities in children and young education. I am especially concerned about the appreciation of the biologic terms, science and physics as well for present and future generations. I would like to share my experience and my education to other generations and give to students a position conservative and responsible face to our natural system. Give the tools to collaborate to maintain a better world in fact a sustainable and friendly world. I am strongly committed to my profession and would eagerly accept an opportunity to work in the educational system here in Florida.

Whatever works for the individual, I can read, make charts, make songs. Anything that will help my student learn is worth it.
I have helped many family friends with school through out my years of school. I love to teach, I am actually thinking about going back to school to teach. I enjoy helping people find new ways to understand things. I have tutored about 10-15 people, mostly elementary school but I am willing to teach any age. The Student Comes First

I allow my teaching style to mold itself to each individual student, finding methods of communicating the information that best suit the learning style of my student. I favor a holistic approach to learning, believing that education should be of the whole person. If a student learns how a skill in his tutoring session can be applied in real life, then his or her perception of the subject may fundamentally improve.
I am a graduate of Tennessee Temple University, with experience tutoring at Tennessee Temple University, as well as University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, in various topics, including biodiversity, mathematics (up to pre-calculus), history, and American Sign Language. I continue to study in my personal time as many topics as possible, with the belief that a good tutor is firstly a good student.

I really like working with children from low income families. I think each child has a different interest and way of learning. I try to discover these learning styles before I begin the tutoring process. I try to allow them to be comfortable and having fun during our sessions. Most of the time I do a lot of question/conversation responses to allow them to find the answer for themselves. I like a problem based learning style, even for the youngest of children. I not only want to teach them how to properly concur their learning material but how to find the information they need if they do not know the answer. Additionally, I want them to have fun and enjoy quality time with a supportive mentor and gain an enthusiasm for school.
I have a B.S in Animal Biology. I have had to take extensive science and math courses. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with childre ... read more

I enjoy teaching because it allows me to contribute to a student's understanding of invaluable concepts which will improve and enrich their lives. I am sociable and easy to talk to, and I remember what it was like being in school and struggling with difficult concepts. All students can learn, and I believe that the key is finding a way for each individual student to personally relate to the material. If difficult concepts can be presented in a way that is tailored to each student's specific needs and interests, their potential may be reached.
As a graduate of the University of Florida, I earned two bachelor's degrees. My double major, Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering, provided me with a thorough understanding of mathematics, physics, and chemistry. I also have a solid foundation in grammar and technical writing, due to the need for extensive explanation of diff ... read more

Other educational experiences I have had include tutoring and working part time with elementary students, teaching science. I have tutored elementary and middle school students in subjects including reading, writing, study skills, vocabulary, science, and math.
Two of my greatest strengths as a teacher include rapport with students and organization. A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught preschool education 2-4 years old. While I have not worked with school age students I have taken several college courses on elementary education and volunteered in several different grade school classes. Along with these experiences I have a bachelors degree in Human development which would help me understand the level of comprehension and ways to communicate concrete and complex ideas to children.
I believe that tutoring is a great way to assist teachers. The reason I say this is because teachers often have many children in their classes and as a tutor I would be able to work one on one with a child who might need a little extra attention. I also thing that when children are given a chance to grasp difficult ideas they gain self confidence and become encouraged to persevere. I also believe that children can learn to love learning, and a child who is given the chance ... read more

I enjoy making learning fun for my students because it keeps them entertain and ready to learn. I like to find out what my students like and construct my teaching around that because it becomes easier to understand for them. I feel that incentives are a plus, students like to be rewarded for their great works. As a student it was great to be rewarded so I was always motivated to excel, therefore I want my students to feel motivated to always succeed. I'm here to not only teach your children, but motivate, inspire and mentor as well.
Learning has always been fun to me. I love helping and teaching others, especially kids. I am a very enthusiastic tutor and, as I stated in the previous section, believe teaching in such a way that the student gains a true mastery of the given subject. In a sense, I believe in each student understanding a particular concept in their own unique way that is consistent with their unique thinking processes. I strive to do this by relating a given concept analogously to something the student already fundamentally understands. I also create new problems to solve that probe the students’ progress and comprehension. I try to make these problems as realistic as possible to make them interesting to the student.
Being a Ph.D. candidate and appointed research assistant, I very much realize the importance of true comprehension of a subject. Not only do I hold two B.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics and Chemical Engineering but I also carry credits to the equivalent of a Non-Th ... read more
