I became interested in teaching while I was working at Delphi Automotive. I trained my own staff while I was there. I started tutoring a blind gentleman in his collegiate algebra course while still an undergrad. I later went on to TA several courses during my graduate work at A&T. While at OSU, I tutored math and chemistry for the Office of Minority Affairs where I conducted regular tutorial sessions in order to prepare students for level algebra, organic and inorganic chemistry exams and laboratories. For my math students I developed problem sets to assist in grasping the fundamental principles of the course.
