I have always loved mathematics and during high school I knew I wanted to work with children. During my senior year of high school I completed the Regional Program of Excellence through BOCES. This experience made me determine that becoming a teacher was what I wanted to do. I attended Siena College from September of 2005 until May of 2009. I believe that all children learn differently. Some children need more of a hands on approach while others are more visual and still others learn just by memorizing facts. I believe in finding that way that each child learns best and helping them reach their potential. I enjoy seeing children get excited when they "get something" and I am glad to be able to help them reach that point.
