A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy working with young children, and helping them to understand the subject and how to apply it in their daily life. My overall goal is to help the child understand for their own good. It defeats the purpose if the child can do math or english while I am sitting right next to them. I want them to be able to retain the knowledge so when they are at school they can remember what they learned and apply it on their own.
As I recent college graduate, I spent my four years gaining knowledge, as well as learning different teaching techniques. Many people have different teaching skills and techniques. I do not believe any technique to educate a child is better than any other technique. Each child learns differently. Understanding the fact that children learn differently is crucial. The teacher must be able to adapt to the child's learning style.
