As an online graduate at Kaplan University, I quickly became aware of my priorities. Students seeking help often emailed other classmates for assistance. I was often told there were very few students who responded to their emails; however, I was one of them. I earned my Associate degree through Allegany College of Maryland. I enjoyed this area of study so much that I decided to transfer to Kaplan University Online and continue my study in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting. As a graduate of a sound Liberal Arts College, I've learned that the greatest asset I took away with me was the art of communication. A Little Bit About Me...

Education has always been my field of interest. When my children were young (8 and 4), I've been teaching in order to match my schedule with their school hours and vacations. With French as my mother's tongue and because I studied in French, I was very excited about the opportunity to serve the Foreign Langage Program initiated by the PTA at Montgomery County Public Schools in MD. I've been teaching within this program until I moved in Western Maryland recently. In parallel, I was a substitute teacher with the county. I passed the PRAXIS tests(I, II, III). A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that learning through hands-on experience is the best way to fully comprehend material. I want to interest students in academics.
