My comments on tutoring Grammar : Very experienced with proper grammar and sentence construction, as well as verbs, verb tenses, adverbs, adjectives, and their proper use.

I have taught classes on aviation related subjects for my Civil Air Patrol. I was homeschooled all the way to the college level, and I remember a lot of subjects in great detail. I have not taught classes at a high school or college. Generally speaking, I have a vast area of knowledge and I know I can help you with your learning needs!
I will ask the student how they learn a subject the best, and help them with their problem by reinforcing basic concepts and then adding on to those concepts. Also, I am a motivator; I will help the student understand that the subject is learnable and maybe even enjoyable to learn!

While attaining my genetics degree at Ohio State, I worked at the OSU Chimpanzee Center. After graduating, I started working for the Department of Agriculture in the Weights and Measures division. It was my job to try to "trick" the scales before they could become available for commercial use. I moved back home to Coshocton when I got married. I quickly found a job teaching adults within our county's GED program. I moved to North Carolina shortly after graduating in August 2007. I was a teacher Assistant in a Kindergarten classroom.
