A Little Bit About Me...
As a dance educator, choreographer, and performer, I am interested in pedagogical practice and theory in educational practice, theory, and curricula. I have earned a bachelor's degree in Public Communications, which requires strong written and verbal communication skills. I have earned two master's degrees, one in policy analysis and community organizing, and the other in dance education, history, and performance. I recently completed a certification in Women's Studies. I am currently a doctoral candidate (ABD) and my dissertation is about online education in dance studies. During my 15 years of academic work, I have tutored students in writing, speech, research methods, women's studies, gender studies, social sciences, and the arts.
