I have a versatile background that began with two business degrees and progressed to a professional career in purchasing and sales. I discovered along the way that my true passion was teaching and I can be more effective in a tutoring one-on-one situation than a classroom setting. I am a technical and business oriented individual, having an MS in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance. I worked my way through school, having started at a community college. My last position, Program Director, was at that same community college, Monroe Community College, in Rochester, NY. With my education and work experience, I am well versed in several areas of science, business and math. During the last 5 years as Program Director, I created and delivered SAT review courses for high school students and vocational construction courses for incarcerated high school students in the Rochester City School District.
