I am a senior undergraduate student enrolled at Georgia Tech. My major is nuclear and radiological engineering, but i have experience in the fields of mechanical and civil engineering. I am most experienced in the subjects of mathematics, radiation physics, and electromagnetics including: algebra (I and II), trigonometry, differential equations, calculus 1 and 3, reactor physics, radiation protection/particle physics, thermodynamics, classical mechanics. I encourage students to question problem solving methods in order to understand the fundamentals. If you don't like the results, I haven't done my job.

I won the state championship in the 100 meters and went to Adams State College in Alamosa CO. Broke a leg in track and received withdrawn F across the board. Left college and healed up. Went to the Army two years and reserve three years. Came back and picked up the quickest degree possiable. Moved to Hawwaii, three years. Became a ciritified dept of defense government contractor. Furnish and deliver contracts. Ended up moving back home to Albuquerque NM. I started working in the Indian Casinos for 13 years. I bought a house and retired. But now I'm tired of sitting around.
All I do is tend to my students needs. I'm personal. Like to get off track with my students and lead them back to the point.

My comments on tutoring Math : SAT math tutoring

In contrast to many of the other tutors, I would not presume to even imply that I could teach your student either math or English in a few hours of tutoring. What I can do is teach your student to be very 'test wise', teach them some easily applied techniques that will get them successfully past most of the math/geometry problems, teach them how to use the grading bias to score well on a less than stellar composition, and teach them how to find the 'key' to the reading comprehension questions.
