Being a current student myself, I can appreciate the hardships and struggles of education. I feel that you must always level with your students, no matter what the age. The students are the ones who must lead the class. However, we as educators have a duty to guide and to nourish this idea. I really enjoy working with students, especially at the college level, who have not experienced a great deal of success in a particular subject and aspire to do better. I believe that the key to any kind of scientific or mathematical learning is repetition. It is first important to get to the heart of the concept, and see what is holding someone back from understanding something.
