I enjoy teaching adults as well as high school students. I do not have much training teaching below junior high; however, I am confident that I could successfully teach math or language. Although, I don't mind the traditional classroom setting, I am quite used to instructing on a one-to-one basis. Our GED programs are completely individualized for learners to move at their own pace, and I encourage this type of teaching style when manageable. As an experienced engineer, part of my responsibilities were to set up an instructional programs for teaching operators test procedures and maintenance personel new and existing processes operations and procedures for manufacturing and maintaining the production equipment.
