Changing The World, One Child AT A Time

I was an assistant teacher to a 3rd grade class at Wilson's Mills Elementary from 2001 until 2003. My duties included assisted the teacher and helping the students in a manner to help them learn at their pace. And I also have an 8 year old son who attends River Dell Elementary. I help him on a daily basis with his homework, which includes math, reading and writing. I love kids and it brings great joy to my life to see the smile on their faces when they learn something new, or figure out the answer to a problem they are working on.

I love to teach, it is my passion in life. Every student has intelligence and every student is a genius in one subject or another in school. Any and all students can learn you just have to apply the material to them that fits their particular interests. I try to stay up to date on all the new trends and fads that kids are into in order to stay fresh and up to date with them and apply all my knowledge in science and in other subjects to fit them specifically.
